Have you heard anything on how they are trying to get the funding or what terms it might be under?  I am hoping they aren't going to issue more of those convertible notes.

I am interested in seeing the math behind your $25M 2014 revenue number.  Do you have a spreadsheet that can be emailed or analysis posted?
