10Q is the quarterly report. Unless the merger is closed she cannot report it in this filing.
Typically mergers are filed separately in a 8K filing within 5 days of the transaction closing is the SEC rule. I believe we see it in the near future. Good news is there is no doubt whatsoever that she is working towards that goal and that goal only !
