It's unethical, but I dunno if it's illegal. In the disclaimers for L2 you will see they say the data is for informational purposes only, and might not be a full representation. I think depending on who's providing the service they can choose which MM's they display. Apparently on iScam they choose to hide certain MMs (probably those that didn't pay iScam a fee)
