UPDATE 1-Mexico's state oil company Pemex widens 4th qtr loss
MEXICO CITY, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Mexico's state oil monopoly Pemex widened its loss in the fourth quarter due to higher taxes and a depreciation of the Mexican peso, the company said on Monday.
