Here's something that has bothered me since someone brought it up recently.
If I had a venture like this I know of at least 10 friends and probably as many relatives the would invest $$$ and probably $,$$$, maybe more. How is it that Steve doesn't have personal friends or professional friends that haven't invested? My friends investments would be chump change to Steve's friends. Those people could throw $$$,$$$ at this like I would buy a USA Today.
