I understand We have no convertible shares. However, you have convertible debt of $272,212 a/o June 30th. Is this now kicking in; hence, the steep drop in PPS?

On May 23rd, post 30676, you said When it is due months from now they can only convert about 30k a month. That can't affect anything. The 30K limitation must be confidential, but shouldn't that be in the filings? More important, $30K of sub-penny shares can do a LOT of damage, IMO, either selling or lending them to prop traders to short.

One other thing. Don't hate me just because I think the logo is wrong. I understand retro, that you want to zig when everybody else is zagging, but I think it's wrong for your audience and the Internet platform. JMO
