Just as a heads Up...NEOM is stating they will not be filing an 8K within the mandatory 4 business day period of the News with Microsoft.....Which means they Lied to sell shares, or the deal is Not done, or NEOM is above the Law!
If No filing by Monday....I will file a complaint with the SEC
I hope others will too
And I hope some one will bring this subject to the i-dud broad
If NEOM does not prove the deal is done with the 8K, then their dumping of shares off thatt News is Criminal
