To be honest, it sounds like these guys have a shit ton of accounting, legal work and governmental red tape to get through.  Benz totally has the business acumen, but he is learning a lot about the MJ laws. These are quality guys and I'm sure they're trying to get all of this done as quickly as they can.  We are the whiny clients who are completely unreasonable, cry a lot, make ridiculous demands, and call/email/fax every 10 minutes.  Ha ha!
