NWCN Network CN Inc. (OTCBB.NWCN) announced that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Yi Gao Shanghai Advertising Limited, has entered into an agreement with Shanghai Railway Culture & Advertising Development Co., Ltd ("SRMG") to operate the 91 advertising lightboxes in arrival hall of Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station.
