BLDW has the wind in its sails. Eod .045 and no heavy selling.
Once again...the pps should normally have dropped either short before, during or after the news event. Isn't that the typical pinkie pattern ?
Even if it isn't any governmental agency and/or strategic partner making up for a next press release ... yet ... I am sure other potential business is waiting to be announced.
