The funny thing is this - when I called the Yamana Gold investor relations lady earlier this year, when rjbluesky found all this stuff out, she flatly denied any connection with North Orion or MSJ. However, both companies say that their ownership trail leads to Yamana!

Maybe it was under negotiation at the time and she could not day anything/
