Hmmm. Loving the part of all outstanding debt being gone. Not Loving those class C shares or the ( loan ). Are those going to be restricted or are those immediately convertable? Does the company have the opportunity to pay that before its converted into common shares? Huge difference...... Anything on this issue would be helpful. Thx
