How many more "opt out stock deals" is Koos going to have to make with those financiers he made deals with in the past? Was the last PR the last of his clean up or are we in for more? I figure I can understand why he has diluted the crap outta the company. The company has no money and the only way to get out of these deals is to pay with cheap shares. Let's hope he can clean up the mess he's made to make the company pretty for the big boys.
