Europe stocks rise on hopes for Fed stimulus
Banks and miners move markets higher
LONDON (MarketWatch) — Hopes for further monetary stimulus in the U.S. helped drive European stock markets into positive territory on Thursday, offsetting weak manufacturing data from China.
