The problem with watching videos on most phone plans are data usage unless connected to wi-fi. Since phone companies slowly got rid of unlimited data plans because they needed to make more money, cough, its going to limit that market.
Not to mention free wi-fi hot spots are becoming a thing of the past, unless you know how to jailbreak your phone.
That being said it is a good angle.
