Agree, imo thats the parent's responsibility. There are other chemicals lying around in the house that can kill a child, a kid eating marijuana treats isnt going to kill them and it would take chronic use of it to affect their mental growth. His case was a little extreme, but then again, they needed a couple people to be against it in the hearing to represent the people who are opposed to marijuana
