OK, yes saw that in the filings. It is still hard for me to understand why, they would give away 22m shares each, to 6 individuals for $24-25k dollars owed, when supposedly we have all this money in A/R and at the time that it was given away the stock price per share was at 2-3 cents.  There is a reason, may be a logical one, but, it is hard for me to equate.  And this was just a partial payment on a larger note..........................................WE JUST CAN'T TAKE MUCH MORE OF THIS TYPE OF GIVE-AWAY.


One of questions was: When some of the money's from the A/R is collected, will some of the convertibles be paid off or at the least paid way down?.............................WE WILL SEE.
