A PS before I go back to bed because I am sick...there are companies out there that specialize in completing IND submissions for others. Companies that specialize in helping biotech's cover the myriad of challenges in completing the submission package. Not because the science or treatment is inadequate. But because the laws are so convoluted and the requirements are so vast, it is so very easy to make a mistake that will cause a delay. Hence why Q&A is so very common for many, many companies. Especially those with little or no prior experience. These doctors specialize in medicine and not law. They really are clueless about how it works until they agonize through the trial and error of it all.
BP have legal staff to cover this for them. Smaller biotech's do not. At least not until they advance far enough that finances permit such.
So, really, there has been nothing presented to us that suggests there is anything to be concerned about. Nothing to suggest we are enduring this hellacious wait for anything other than technicalities. The science is all there--you can find it all over the internet. And, you can just as easily confirm how much of a pain in the arse dealing with government is.
Stop listening to the basher's and naysayers who are looking to make a dime off your fear. All you have to do is a bit of research on the science, the doctors and bureaucracy to allay your own fears.
If I am MIA for a few days, it's because I am sick (not to mention sick of the ridiculous posts on boards) and not because I have abandoned BMSN. Believe you me, I have no problem letting everyone know if I am done with this stock and company. If I were to ever suspect that I have been duped, I will scream it from the mountain top known as investorshangout.com. Don't see that happening, though. Really don't.
