Scam EXPU, there is no water, business, sales or revenue, but they have over a Billion shares to dump on investors. Check the past history of Robert Ricco, Alf (ripoff report) and the leader Joe Canouse, all there a crooks and have dubious records in penny stocks.
Mortgage, Insurance,ATM, and Water ventures have ALL failed, but they did sell a lot of shares.
