if the news is regarding increase O/S or A/S which we had so much recently , we would better not count on it.. 3 years new low,  I don't think it has nothing to do with all the increasing  O/S and A/S, and I still think to bulid company and shareholders' value base on increase O/S and A/S is in vain, billions and billions of zero is still zero.
