Japan is purposefully trying to jump start the economy by pumping money to create inflation-and still need to rebuild the North destroyed by the 3-11 tsunami-

whole towns destroyed need to be rebuilt elsewhere -already an importer of iron- will need more to rebuild -is 3rd largest economy so that could be a lot of iron demand forecasters have forgotten about and a good way to jump start their economy- typical for land use of this magnitude to take some time and so far Japan has focused on the nuclear plant meltdown

when I talked about this in 2011 shorters didnt even know what I was talking about- their brightest said, "did something happen in japan" (sometimes u cant tell whether their playing games since they are always trying to discedit longs)  and later thought all reconstruction was done- having no idea how long these things take, but the party in charge is reaching a point of severe political exposure if they dont get going on that reconstruction
