MDBX merger hypothesis - if MDBX and SKTO were to merge, then it would be for stock and probably valued around 26.58 cents/share. Shareholders in SKTO will end up with about 45% of MDBX under current MDBX valuation of $443 million.

I would love to get 26.58 cents for my SKTO shares...who wouldn't? And I'll still have a piece of the resulting entity if I don't sell.
