During the year ended July 31, 2012 and 2011, the Company had sales of $569,371 and $0, respectively, and as of July 31, 2012 and 2011 accounts receivable of $128,320 and $0. respectively, all with Century Computer Products ("Century") and Reliable Printing Solutions, Inc.
