To simplify it, i think seel is just saying they have measured the difference in p21 expression before and after administer of kevetrin as dictated by the protocol, and they have very clear numbers showing the difference between the two in this handful of patients. Picture a nice graph with a rising line showing how much higher numerically P21 expression is at a baseline vs after being dosed.
