There was stabilization with progression. Soon we WILL see stabilization with no disease progression. The writing is on the wall. It is working. On its own. It will be able to stand alone - as long as we get to maximize the dose - as well as be used in combo. That near global usage we've dreamt of is becoming a concrete goal based on the evidence Leo presented today. Well tolerated. Well cleared. Efficacious activity - even if scant - so significant at these small doses. Serum tumor marker reductions confirmed - even at these doses. P21 activation seen. Shit. I am stunned.
