It does bring you to the Surveillance postmarket drug and bio safety evals. It is possible that its in a Admin access only area. And if you look at their timeline its quarterly - semi annual so it could be 3-6 months until its released to public view, if at all.
I know what your saying but I've seen this before and have accessed non public areas of sites before, its not so far fetched or difficult
