Question was whether another would prefer tweets, (nothingelse said) or silence.  For myself every step taken or not taken by another reveals something, (keeping in mind, easiest way to get lost is in the maze of another's thoughts).

If DUTV scope of vision is as large as it seems, things unforseen will come up.....time is when the time is.

What one thinks another should do never seemed to have much impact on their personal decisions.  I did send a request though.

Imagine there are other loopholes available which allow companies some leeway.

As to understanding things better, I will suggest Board Information as a good starting point.  What I have found it helpful when dealing with the unkonwn is to choose the most knowledgeable I can find and follow their tracks as much as possible.  Sunny and HighTech both seem to have a pretty solid background. Other than that I don't know what to tell you, but wish you the best.
