.......seems to be a pretty good sized window to work with on the QT.

The Filing seems to be a form of consilidation and validates legitimacy, while also implying a further delay.  Unless news is released, I would expect tweets in regards to satellites or some such next, (my opinion only).
We may not like the delay, (I don't), but w/o dilution of shares, filings up to date, and latest filing, I think there is a credible platform being established for going forward.
