Hi everybody i am back! I got some dry powder ready again from the settlement of money i made from selling profits from another stock. Do i buy now at .007 or should i hold on to it and buy when this drops to .005 or lower? Taking any and all honest opinions. I can buy up to 1 million shares right now at .007
