With all the prior MSJ denials about statements in prior Press Releases issued by BGL concerning their previous relationship with MSJ, one has to question whether this latest BGL 9/5/13 release is also invalid.  I am sending MSJ an email asking that question and will ask them to address their reply in a press release.
