Well I can certainly understand one's trepidations.  However, the PR came from CWRN and nothing in it has materialized except an ore shipment.  These court case outcome will have material influence on things, and to Mr. Resnick's credit, he isn't speculating or making any promises other than to resolve issues.  Issue resolution is a positive IMO.
