Thank you Jesus!  It seems that common sense is beginning to creep into our federal government.  They need to forget about going “easy” and just GO AWAY.  The vast majority of people in Florida favor legalization and I‘m sure that it will be on the ballot in 2014.  But it seems that everyone here has been arguing about same sex marriage and Trayvon Martin for so long that they are “out of the loop” when it comes to MMJ.  And important news is still filled with stupidity.  For example:

More importantly, so many people don’t understand the conflict between federal and state laws and how that has been playing out across the country.  They are shocked that the DEA is seizing shit, disabling the banking system and even preventing armored trucks from dealing with businesses that are legal under state laws.  I have been giving political science lessons along the way here!
