Agreed Zgraen, hope your ears are good and tuned to the NOBO vibrations coming through the tracks. I am betting on Monday, Sept.30th which would be the first business day after the  suspension ended a year ago.  Even if I am wrong, there is no doubt that the announcement is coming.
