This is something I would like to believe and something I chose to believe going into Sept. 4 but now the only fact about DUTV is that they have filed their annual on time but without any revenues posted, no partnerships outside of the ones we already knew (JNAP, TORQ) and no further clarity on anything else they have stated.

We are all flying blind.  What DUTV has is a stock that is 'current' with its filings so  no 'Caveat Emptor' flag and that allows them that leverage.

I couldn't possibly guess why they are proceeding in the manner they have but it is extremely unprofessional.  

What I do know is that in the past year hundreds of Thousands of DOLLARS have been traded in DUTV stock so someone is making money here regardless of what is really going on with this company.

At this point EVERYTHING and EVERYONE is suspect until some second and third party verifiable facts are made available by DUTV I am choosing to error on the side of the skeptics..

We must be realistic and accept that in the Pinks there is so little transparency and great promises can be made for great periods of time with no accountability.
