On August 26, 2013, as was expected, the defendants (MSJ and Minera Amajac) filed a Revision Remedy against this ruling. They responded........................I'm so glad I didn't sell all my Srge shares (1125000 Locked& Loaded) I was almost convinced (saved) that MSJ Scam was never ever going to be heard from again!! WOW!!!!!!! $$Go MSJ/SRGE GO$$ JMVHO..........................
