Re all the fuss shorters perpetually make about Lee selling some of his shares:
His buys never seem to be mentioned by certain parties-
and he paid 1 cent pps for 1.6 million shares in July 30 2012 and April 23 2013 -not thru options or the commonly used by other pennies direct give away statement of ownership.
He probably expected pps to rise so he could better pay that tuition or whatever.
At any rate he's not hurting stockholders via options or direct takings like so many companies do.
So whats the problem- isnt he entitled to have circumstances in his private life that necessitates selling some of his recently bought at market shares?
The pattern over the years looks to me like its simply to pay expenses in his private life,since his salary averages only ca 34000 for 2011-2012, as per the recent shareholder meeting notice.
He's not even making a profit. Most insiders are making a profit thru options or direct statement of ownership games AND OTHER manipulations.
So whats the problem?????????
If it rains, shorters even blame that on the company-if readers were aware of the agendas behind these postings, shorters wouldnt even waste their time, except those working for mm's, hedge funds ,and brokers who short our own stocks against us.
