I'm curious about this Harris County agreement, normally you have to be pretty competitive to land those situations.  I've sold directly to government and municipal entities in the past myself and it's not easy to get in the front door, let alone land what I would consider a major placement.  Great stuff from BLDW imo, they have my attention, I bought some more last week and can't wait to see if they deliver some more juice this week.
