We should all send emails to CIRC saying no RS and to do a buy back instead. Nothing is set in stone yet. we havent heard anything from the company just a bunch of talk on ihub. However we need to be proactive and let the CEO know how we investors feel and that at this time if they are thinking of a RS no RS but a share buy back. Also ask him to get more proactive with us and let us know what is going on and what are his plans. There is no reason he can't do a shareholder Q&A CC.
