At the time the article was written, PYCT had 22,374,345,625 issued and outstanding shares.
The date of the article is Jun 20, 2011. I guess we will not know where we stand untill the next fins are out!
Maybe run a search at the SOS(Secretary Of State) where they are Incorporated at in the US. That might give us a lead as to the real count, if it has changed.
