I was reading the contract from the MSJ/TUMI contract in 2002. It states that if there is ANY LEGAL action, whether it's it's Labor, or anything else, as in Leins, it nullifies that said contract. Is that what happened to the last contract.
Seems like maybe BGL tried to pull a fast one somewhere along the line and thereby nullified the entire contract. Maybe?
