If anyone cares to address AngryGoats ridiculous post over yonder, pointing out the below, please feel free to do so if for no other reason but the newbies. Thank you.
---FINRA list shows a very significant short position.
---Flippers have eagerly shown just how quickly they will whack the bid and assist with manipulating the pps.
---Shares are used to pay bills and allow for the continuation of progress when you have yet to complete the product you aim to market. Especially when you are not operating on governmental grants.
---There have been no FDA "delays"---the process is going as the process does in 99% of all such cases.
All of these points have been addressed a multitude of times.
