If by chance this MSJ and Minera Amajac filed motion actually occurred as indicated in the 9/5/13 BGL PR, then IMO typically in the U.S., a motion filed like this would work itself through the court process within 4-6 weeks.  So this would not be an indefinite time of waiting for the outcome that I assume BGL will let us know but I expect so will MSJ. 

"On August 26, 2013, as was expected, the defendants (MSJ and Minera Amajac) filed a Revision Remedy against this ruling"
