Of course, with the dispute dragging out for years, mired in the slothlike Mexican courts, they have their hands tied...and are cash poor. What small junior miner wouldn't be, after dropping $6.5 million into a project only to have it hijacked. Now, with the mill site having been vandalized and rusting away, it won't be easy to get it going again. But they're the only hope for the locals, as it's doubtful that  MSJ has the wherewithal to resume the project, and SRGE is gone.
