On August 26, 2013, as was expected, the defendants (MSJ and Minera Amajac) filed a Revision Remedy against this ruling.
MSJ was said was a scam company didn't exist their board members where imaginary, so how could a company that's a scam with imaginary board members respond to BGL's subpoena. MSJ is gonna fight for what is rightfully their's, BGL did not live up to their contraction and the courts will see it that way. MSJ will have their day in court!!
