Why, I think it is entirely obvious.  She is a public service minded citizen who has undertaken to insure that no human being in the US ever buys any stock which is not the Bluest of the Blue Chips, lest they experience a loss in their investment holdings. 

Such a person will tirelessly post on boards to alert everyone to the dangers of buying stock in any form from a company which is not zooming vertically into the stratosphere and has done so continuously since its inception, and will continue to do so till doomsday.

Of course, I could be wrong.
