I didn't think about Frank because he's just an IT guy and he works for AEGY not Medical Greens. Besides, I don't think he goes around talking to people and making deals.
To have friends in the industry, you need to be somewhat connected - been in the business yourself, grew up around those who are in the business, or are tight and have history with those that are in the business so you can be vetted.
The industry is not open to outsiders, especially when it's still illegal on a Federal level.
