I remember when Jeff Immelt CEO of GE told Wallstreet they were right on track to report their numbers the following day. That they were going to exceed the "Wisper Number" going forward for the year.
The next day they released....did not miss the Revs by couple of Hundred Million, MISSED BY MORE THAN COUPLE OF BILLION !!!
Result in the largest Trading Day of close to 800 Million Shares. Stock dropped over $5 on 10 Billion Shares Outstanding
