Perspective:
Either DUTV is the real deal or not. I think most here believe it is the real deal. If that is your mindset, then a delay announcing news is simply that, a delay. Assuming the news starts flowing in a few days...then more in the next few weeks, this delay will be completely forgotten.
The alternate point of view is that this was pumped & things are not as they seem. But that doesn't seem likely, because the price only went up briefly a little over .002. That would be a pretty feeble pump.
Delays with announcements happen all the time (right Slicric?); as long as it is just a delay for a few days & then the news starts flowing, things will be just fine.
