I hesitate to go that route w/o some kind of factual support from DUTV. I think the board here has put forth our best effort to understand the tech, postulate as to what and why in a rational and logical manner, (given the limited info to work with).
The failure to follow through yesterday didn't just hurt their credibility, but ours as well.
Should DUTV not follow through, I'd rather let it wither on the vine and use it as a write-off than to induce others into something which may be folly.
Meantime, we have uncovered some gems which are trending up.
