Thank you PoPo for posting the 2011 update on Orphan Drug status over yonder. This, as well as knowing the subsets and that the full context of the process is something that you literally have to discuss with the FDA, is why I am pretty convinced that when approval is given the approval will also include Orphan Drug status of HemaXellerate. Of course, I have no crystal ball and my supposition is based on accounts that I have had no personal experience with (because I have never submitted an IND) so anything can happen. But, my WAG is an educated WAG.
